Problems Logging In? 
Students 
If you are experiencing problems logging into your Frog account please try the following:
  • If your Rednock login password is due to expire, your Frog account won't be accessible. Please reset your password.
  • If you are still experiencing problems, you will need to see an IT Technician to resolve the issue.
Staff 
If you are having issues accessing Frog, please follow the instructions as for Students. If you are still having problems, please contact IT Support or raise a ticket on the support desk.
